Squaring of Hips and Shoulders

Technically, the hips and shoulders must be square on release in both 9 Man and 10 Man Modified. The problem is……unless you have a stop motion camera it is really hard to detect the alignment of the hips and shoulders exactly on release. The image below is about as square as you will ever see. I rarely see a pitcher called illegal because he is not square.
