MADDOGS out of the Mason Dixon League in Oxford Pa beat High Street in an exciting finals. According to coach Estace Walters is was a true team effort. This years tournament was held in Meadeville Pa.
For those of you outside of Pennsylvania, do not be confused with our classifications. We have four main classes of 10 Man Modified. ALL have the same exact pitching rules (no sling shot or ball outside the wrist). The classes are C, B, A, Major. Basically it is a handicap system to try and give each team a chance at equal competition. As teams improve, (or degrade) they are moved to the appropriate classification.
